Although we recommend first allowing us to conduct a complete site safety inspection to determine existing and potential problem areas, we are here to meet your needs. We will work together with you to help you achieve your operational safety and compliance goal
Mine Site Safety Inspections
We conduct complete, thorough safety inspections of all areas, processes, work practices, required MSHA documents and training plans/certificates, (comparable to an MSHA E01 Regular Inspection). You will be provided details of all existing and potential issues found and assistance with determining corrective measures.
Personal Dust Sampling Surveys
We offer full-shift personal dust sampling for occupations known to be or have the potential to be overexposed to airborne respiratory limits of crystalline silica. Lab analysis and recommendations will be provided. This is especially important now that MSHA has finalized the forthcoming new dust rule.
Personal Noise Sampling Surveys
We offer full shift personal noise sampling and area sampling to identify potential problem noise areas. We can assist you with a Hearing Conservation Plan HCP if necessary or if you want to be proactive for employees known to be exposed to higher noise levels during the course of their work shift.
MSHA Required Miner Training
We offer Part 46 and Part 48 Surface Training (New Miner, Newly Hired Experienced and Annual Refresher) and can develop a training plan customized for your mine site. We believe in-class, hands-on training is the most effective method; however, we can work within the methods that are suitable for your operation.
Investigation Services
We offer mining related investigation services, including accident and incident investigation. If you are looking for a second opinion regarding enforcement actions, or if you need investigative subject matter expert assistance or testimony regarding mining accidents or related lawsuits then let us be of assistance.
